Sharp Willcom D4 the smallest UMPC with a QWERTY keyboard and runs Windows Vista

d4_1.jpg The Willcom D4 from Sharp Japan is the world's first device to incorporate Intel's latest Atom processor along with Windows Vista and also it is the world's smallest UMPC. The Willcom D4 is powered by a 1.3Ghz Atom processor and 1 Gig of RAM. Specs include 5 inch 262k color touchscreen supporting a resolution of 1,024 x 600, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth EDR, 1.8-inch 40GB disk, 2 Megapixel camera, Micro SD card slot, touch sensor and mono speaker. Accessories include W-SIM card which transforms the D4 into a full fledged mobile phone via a Windows application, headphone for telephone calls, stylus, AC adapter. The Willcom D4 measures 188 x 84 x 25.9mm, weighs 470 grams and will be available in Japan from June for 128,600 Yen ($ 1300).
