Sharp Japan has added three new models to its 'Internet Aquos' line of media center PC's. The three PC"s are offered with 3 Aquos HD-ready LCD-TV's (20", 26" and 32"). The PC's are budget oriented and are powered by a Celeron M 410 (1.46) or Core 2 Duo T5500 processor at 1.66 Ghz, 512 MB or 1GB RAM and 250GB or 400GB Hard drive. Common features include Digital TV tuner, DVD burner, Intel 945GM Express chipset and Gigabit Ethernet. At the heart of the systems is Windows Vista Home edition which is sure to suck up all the resources of the lower end models. Sharp is targetting the PC's to families aged between 40 and 50 who will be using them only to watch and record TV or surf the Internet. Coming to the interesting features the Internet Aquos can record TV programs even when switched off. The remote control comes with a touch pad so you dont need to use the mouse.
