Shape Up! With a workout on time

shape-up-clock.jpg Arrays of alarm clocks are out there, but seldom you across one that keeps you fit as well. If you are looking out for a sure shot-way of working out and sticking to the regime, then you simply mush have the Shape up! Alarm clock. The ruddy thing won't switch off till you complete 30 reps on it. So as soon as you awake, 30 bicep curls is a must. This dumbbell-style alarm features a simple LCD display on one end with a digital clock. My only question to designer Yuk Wan is that is it ok if I don't warm up first, because waiting to finish a warm up and then doing the reps to shut out the noise is going to be complex! My trainer tells me to warm up before starting any workout.
