It can't bigger than this (for the moment), Seitz has created a160-megapixel 6 x 17 inch camera that not only looks huge, but I'm pretty sure, it will be heavy to carry and shoot with. Apparently one full res image taken with this Seitz camera will take up 900 MB of storage! Thus, the memory for this camera requires the help of an entire Mac Mini! A case of bigger, better… best?

The high-end model of the Seitz camera costs a monstrous $44,414. Big things don't cheap these days.
