Dave Winer an Apple customer and developer for the past three decades gave his Macbook for repair at the Emeryville Apple store. The problem was with the hard drive which was replaced, Dave asked for his old hard and was refused the same drive which had bank account information, login details to brokerage accounts, passwords and source code.
