The Spy pictures put up by Gizmodo were probably true, because once they were put up the Apple Legal team sung into action and asked them to take it off their pages. Citing violation of "intellectual property", the team made the request, which Gizmodo has complied with, but not before creating their own Photoshop-ed version of the same! Quite cheeky ;)
