Sanyo Japan has announced two new models to it's Diply Talk range of Voice recorders. The two models “ICR-S340RM” and “ICR-S270RM” have a capacity of 1GB and 512MB. Stereo Recording is done in MP3 format in LP mode, with ICR-S340RM you can record upto 140 hours and for 70 hours with ICR-S270RM. In case you run out of space the ICR-S340RM has a Mini-SD card slot so just pop in a card and continue recording. The ICR-S270RM does not have a Mini SD card slot. Besides built in Microphone it also has External stereo microphone for better quality. MP3 and WMA playback is supported making the recorders full fledged MP3 players.

Other common features are- LCD back light, Electric time stamp function Playback speed adjustment, Index function, Repeat mode etc. The built is USB terminal allows to connect the recorders directly to a PC and can also be used as USB memory storage. The digital recorders will be available from March 10th with expected price for ICR-S340RM approximately 34,800 Yen ($ 280) and 24,800 Yen ($ 170)for ICR-S270RM.
