Samsung’s TicToc needs to be shaken to change tracks

The good old motion sensing MP3 player concept comes back into being with the tiny but totally awesome Samsung TicToc. What separates it from most other players (of this sort) that we have seen is that it picks a slow song if shaken slowly and a fast one if it quickly jerked. It has a large button that has to be pressed to power on or power off the device. However, if you press and hold the button when the player’s upside down the volume will decrease. Doing the opposite will increase the volume. It is available in 2GB and 4GB variants.
Though the market for MP3 players without displays is totally cliché and stagnant, we can safely say that the TicToc is a lot livelier that the iPod Shuffles. It can play MP3, WMA, OGG and FLAC files for 12 hours before the charge runs out.
