Samsung’s first full-touch phone called the ‘Corby’ will aim at youngsters

samsung_S3650.jpg Samsung have hit the full-touch note with something more exciting and less geeky. Say hello to the ‘Corby’, the company’s first full touch phone that’s aimed at making social networking a lot more easy. By this, I mean that it provides support for social networks like Facebook, Twitter and MySpace. Two make the handsets look even more appealing to youngsters; Samsung has colored them pretty in shades such as Jamaican Yellow, Cupid Pink, Minimal White and Festival Orange. Salient features packed in each handset include a 2.8 inch QVGA screen with support for EDGE and Quad-band networks.

The Samsung Corby will be available in Europe from the middle of this month (September). It will cost about 150 Euros (~$215). Let’s hope the youth out there get enough pocket money to cash in on this one.
