The Samsung YP-K5 caused quite a stir when it was released last year and why not it was sleek, sexy and packed quite a bunch. Samsung is here with a successor to the YP-K5 with the YP-S5 which shares the same looks but it what under the hood what matters. The YP-S5 has a 1.8 inch color display, Bluetooth 2.0, Stereo speakers and FM tuners. Not much changes to the interface as it features the same 4-way touchpad and a quick access button. The battery has enough juice for 25 hours of music and 4 hours of video on a single charge. The YP-S5 is 14.95mm thick and weighs just 86 grams.

Unfortunately Samsung has not worked on the memory either as it will be available in 2GB and 4GB versions only. The Samsung YP-S5 will be formally announced at the IFA 2007 later this week.
