The SPH-M4650 from Samsung is a Windows mobile 6 PDA phone, which features a 2-megapixel camera, a DMB TV Tuner, Bluetooth and an electronic dictionary packed in a frame that is only 16mm thick. It boasts of a 2.8" screen that exudes a slight vibration when you touch an icon on the screen.
