Many people have pocket full of posies, loose-change, a mint, some scraps of paper but never enough money. If the above describes your pocket situation and you still want a digicam, then Samsung has something in store for you. They are introducing two new digicams that fall into the budget category. The 7-megapixel S760 and the 8-megapixel S860. With very few frills, these cameras feature the same 38mm-to-105mm-equivalent 3x lens, supported by the camera's sensitivity-bumping, shutter-quickening digital image stabilization, face-detecting autofocus/auto-exposure mode and a variety of on-camera photo-editing options. The difference however lies in the different resolutions.
Samsung's 7-megapixel S760 and the 8-megapixel S860 will sell for $170 and $180 respectively when they arrive in January 2008.
