Samsung Q1 Ultra at the Cebit

Samsung showed off the Q1 Ultra successor to the Q1 UMPC at the Cebit technology fair. An interesting feature is the split keyboard on the left and right side. It packs in 1GB of DDR RAM, 7" WSVGA (1024 x 800) super gloss display, Bluetooth 2.0 and a 0.3 Megapixel camera on the front for video conferencing. With the Q1 Ultra you are always connected as it packs in a 10 / 1000 Ethernet module, Wi-Fi abd Bluetooth 2.0. There is also Wibro and HSDPA for high speed browsing when on the move. It has onboard stereo speakers with a decent output. The Q1 Ultra runs on Windows Vista Home Premium edition. Samsung is also releasing quite a few accessories like a USB keyboard, navigation pack, fingerprint scanner and the usual stuff like extended battery, data cable etc.

The Samsung Q1 Ultra measures 228 x 124 x 23mm and weighs 690 grams only.
