Samsung Papyrus eBook reader all set to de throne the Kindle

Kindle.JPG Samsung’s aggressive strategy of launching more electronic devices this year could be an indication of its motive to be an electronics leader this year. Its latest product is a stylish e-book reader that is set to target the Kindle and Sony’s PRS-700 head on. The Samsung Papyrus is an A5 sized eBook reader that features a stylus for interacting with the screen and 512MB of memory for storing content. The eBook also acts as a notetaker, world clock, diary, memo taker, calculator, and contacts.


The Samsung Papyrus is estimated to cost around $299, in a range of colors. It will initially launch in Korea with US and UK launches following it later.
