T-Mobile's upcoming 8-megapixel Samsung Memoir is one of the company's first phones to use the interface from Samsung's dedicated digital cameras. The Phone will feature 3G Web browsing speeds; assisted GPS; an onscreen QWERTY keyboard; Xenon flash; a 16x digital zoom; CMOS auto focus; and geotagging; among a handful of other features.

The Samsung Memoir will cost you around $249.99, after a $50 mail-in rebate and a two-year contract; expect the phone to be out by February 25.
