Samsung has decided to add a new variant to its immensely successful F480 series pf phones. The new phone named the La Fleur –meaning the flower in French- comes with interesting floral patterns on its case and should come in three different color versions, namely purple, pink and brown. The phone adds another trick up its sleeve by adding in a 'Mobile Coupon' on every purchase of the phone. It's just another name for a plastic discount card we get from various stores. All one needs to do is send an SMS to Samsung to request for a mobile coupon where they will receive a link to download a Java application where one can then view all the participating outlets alongside the discounts and offers they have. Once at the premise, merely flashing your coupon should do the deed.

The Samsung F480 includes a 2.8 inch QVGA touchscreen, a 5-megapixel camera that sports auto focus and LED flash, along with 7.2 Mbps HSDPA, a document viewer and the Samsung TouchWiz UI, which the company included for the first time in this handset. Samsung F480 La Fleur will be soon available in Russia and maybe in other European countries too. Unfortunately, its price is not known yet, but the device could be a great gift for Valentines Day if it makes it that quick.
