Samsung i7110 officially announced and will run on Symbian S60

samsung-i7110-leak-1.jpg The day has finally dawned for the official launch of the new Samsung i7110, as covered earlier the phone features The Symbian S60 3rd Edition a 3.5G device with a GPS receiver, a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash, a multimedia player, microSD expandable memory (up to 16GB) and an FM radio. The i7110 also features a 240 x 320 pixel OLED screen capable of displaying up to 262,000 colors. The OLED technology surely helps in increasing the battery life of the device. It measures 118 x 52 x 13 mm, which is a bit more pocket friendly than some similar smartphones. The I7110 is equipped with a video Player (which supports DivX / H.263 / H.264 / WMV /MP4, RV), and a music Player (MP3 / AAC / AAC+ /eACC+ / WMA / RealAudio).

Samsung claims that you can squeeze 11 hours of talk-time out of this, or leave it on standby for over 2 weeks. However, there is no price quote for the new gadget but rest assured you would hear it first from us.
