Sammy's BD-P2500 is in step with the current notions of a Blu-Ray player. It supports features for expansion through its ethernet, 1GB of onboard memory and USB. The system plays out Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD, and dts-HD HR without using an external decoder. The $500 price tag doesn't seem to hefty considering that Samsung is providing you with an up-to-date model that will stay that ways for a very long time. It will be out in October and will be available in a Piano Black finish.

The BD-P2500 will also pass these and dts-HD MA (Master Audio) as a bitstream output to a separate, external surround sound decoder.
