Here is an entrant from the annual Japanese Micromouse competition the Cam Cam developed by Sigenari Nakamura. The competition is simple Cam Cam along with other Micro mouse must make their way through a 3m x 3m maze just like the ones you find in the morning newspaper. To begin with the each robot is allowed to travel through the maze where it inspects the maze after which its position is reset and the robot is kept at the start of the maze where it has to travel to the other side. Among 17 entries Cam Cam was the fastest.
