Qwest sets up kiosks to let internet subscribers try before they buy

qwest-kiosks small.JPG When going for a new internet connection there is little we can expect from telecom companies providing us a trial run before we buy into their plans. Qwest Communications has decided to change all that, the Denver-based telecom has opened 11 of the kiosks in Colorado, Iowa, North Dakota, Washington, and Arizona. It plans to put kiosks in another 31 locations throughout its 14-state territory.

The Qwest Communications kiosks can demonstrate all the residential and small business technology services it sells, including DirecTV’s movies on demand, electronic file sharing, video games and home security monitoring.
