French company has announced the UNOWHY, a 10 inch touchpad for kitchen use. Designed to handle the harsh kitchen environment the QOOQ is slip proof, drip proof etc. It has over 2000 interactive recipes from popular chefs, around 1000 videos and custom programs like shopping list and menu management. The QOOQ has a Ethernet port, USB port, SD card reader, virtual keyboard and 8GB onboard memory. The unit goes on sale by end of September for 350 Euros ($ 500).
