Project Natal will be Microsoft’s answer to Wii’s motion sensors
Though it’s come in a bit later than we had been expected, Project Natal – a Microsoft initiative, may be Microsoft’s very own controller-free console. If you feel that the PlayStation Eye was something that came anywhere near this description, then get a load of this: a TV mounted setup that will respond to sound, motion and even 3-D movement. The best part is that this controller can be used with all versions of Xbox 360. There is however a turn off, the console so far has only been demoed with folks standing up. I wonder when we will be able get something from Microsoft while we’re heating our tired arses on the couch.

The revelation of Project Natal at the Microsoft E3 press conference has opened new windows to both, possible users as well as competitors. Let’s hope we see something sooner from Wii in response to this controller.
