Here is another entrant into the iPod accessory market, the i-Bird from Japan based Princeton corp. It is more like an iPod dock with an integrated alarm clock and AM / FM radio. The blue LED display indicates the time along with the radio frequencies. It does have an alarm function and you get the option of waking up by your favourite song on the iPod or the radio. The stereo speakers measure 32mm while delivering an output of 3W×2ch while thw woofer measures 62mm with an output of 8 watts. Princeton has also included an USB port for so you can connect it to a PC and transfer tunes.It goes without saying the dock also charges your iPod when playing.

The measures 180×170×61mm and weighs 738 grams. It comes complete with a remote control and is available in Japan for 12,800 Yen ($ 105).
