If you are a fan of the legendary vocal phenomenon of his time, Prince, then here’s something that will make you feel as ‘pretty’ as his style. A purple iPod glorifies the man himself and comes with a pre-loaded video of Prince’s concert and 15 songs that were recorded live. I wonder why they didn’t just provide the studio tracks and some of those dazzling music videos that Prince is so well known for. What’s more is that the Prince iPod comes with a book that contains some rather impressive photographs of the singer. The photos in this book are said to be produced by one Kraken Opus, a British publisher.

As you would have guessed by now, these $2,100 Prince Special Edition iPods will be available in a limited edition. I wonder if they would manage to sell even half of the 950 pieces of the same! I’d rather settle of a plane old one and buy the entire discography of an artist I like to listen to rather than go in for one that has an astronomical price as this.
