PQI Taiwan has announced that it plans to release its new PMP ‘mPack P400’ with 2.5 inch 40 GB HDD built inside in October. It features 3.5 inch full color LCD, maximum 800 x 576 high definition (HDTV), and 5.1 Dolby Digital surround. Also included are TV out and internal CF card slot. CF card slot can be used for data storage or to backup files.
