Pen de Touch is name to be taken literally for an input method with haptics

pen_de_touch.jpg Device interactivity is evolving more and more over time and I’m just glad I’m here at the dawn of this industry which means there’s still a ways to go. A new prototype device called the Pen de Touch which seems similar to Hantech’s Tablo or Wacom’s version of the same technology is taking interactivity of virtual dimensions to a new level. This particular technology uses haptics as a way of allowing users to know and feel kinesthetic sensations in a virtual environment. The haptic feedback to the pen could allow users to judge the border of shapes in a virtual environment. The possibilities for this kind of technology are immense as interactivity with computers for designers etc. could become much easier than ever before.
