The new Lumix 8.1-Megapixel Compact Digital Camera from Panasonic has some really cool specs. It features Intelligent Mode and 2.5" Diagonal Intelligent LCD. The Easy Zoom button instantly extends the optical zoom and Extra Optical Zoom to full telescopic position. Now you don't need to be an expert to capture truly amazing shots. The Intelligent LCD functions include Auto Power LCD for increased backlight brightness in the sun and Bright Live View, which automatically increases the brightness of live images according to the level of ambient darkness. The specs also include 4 x zoom, "MEGA O.I.S." image stabilization, ISO up to 1600, SDHC card support, and 16:9 recording modes.

The new Panasonic DMC-LS80S will be available in black, pink, or silver, no word on price or release date.
