Panasonic 150-inch plasma will be the biggest screen ever
Even before is unveiled, it has bagged the honor of being the world’s largest plasma till date. It is reported that Matsushita, which is best known for its Panasonic brand, will introduce a prototype model of the television, a 150-inch plasma, at the Consumer Electronics Show to be held next month in the United States. Other specifications are unknown for the set, though it should reach a minimum 1080p resolution and may represent the grafting together of four smaller sets to reach its anticipated dimensions.
Sized at about two meters by about 3.5 meters, it is big enough to display a full-scale adult. Since this TV is scheduled to hit the retail shelves in 2009, you have time to relocate to a bigger mansion or resize your existing TV room.

Kudos to them. Hopefully the picture quality will be better than the god-awful 103"! In any case the failure rate on the line has got to be jaw-dropping. Hope they don't drop this one AT CES like they did with the 103" at CEATEC!
