Bluetooth SIG has approved the yet to be announced Nokia 6790 Mako and Motorola VE440 Cadbury. Hence now these two handsets have become semi-official. The Nokia 6790 runs on Symbian S60 and it is a smartphone that will be released by AT&T in the US, hopefully in the coming few months. The phone is more focused on the messaging part and comes with a QWERTY keyboard, QVGA display, email, IM, Web browser and Bluetooth. But the Motorola VE440 is just a CDMA phone and has only low end features. It could be released by Verizon or Sprint in the US but when is still a question mark.
