The 6290 is one of the few clamshells from Nokia running Series 60. The phone is pretty slim at only 13mm and has a stainless steel frame that adds both design interest and strength. It has dual color display the 2.2 inch internal QVGA display is 2.2 inches wide and supports 16 million colors. The external display at 128×160 pixels is large enough to support photo caller ID. The 3G phone supports UMTS, EDGE and offers world roaming thanks to Quad band GSM support. The 6290 has a 2 Megapixel camera with LED flash and includes a Micro SD card slot for memory expansion. Other features include Bluetooth, Media player and stereo speakers. The phone will be available in black color too. (pics after the jump)

The Nokia 6290 will be available by first quarter 2007 and will retail for 325 Euros ($ 425).
