The Simcity team is touring the streets of Japan in a compact van (looks like Suzuki Wagon-R) to promote Simcity for Nintendo DS. The touchscreen adaptation of the PC classic will be available in Japan by February 22nd. No idea when the game will make it to the West.

Nintendo DS on the subway car, the image is a few years old when the DS was just launched in Japan. Maybe they will be having Wii on the subway now.
