Onkyo is launching a couple of new netbooks soon that are going to feature an AM/FM tuner and digital terrestrial tuner card for receiving digital TV. The C411A6 is equipped with a miniB-CAS system that allows you to connect a cable, external antenna to the F-type connector for TV viewing. A recording feature will also be on board using "PureSpace". The second device the C411A5 has a miniPCI chip that has an AM / FM radio tuner built-in. In this case too users will be able to record their favourite shows etc. The PureSpace app sends signals directly to the "PDAP (Pure Direct Audio Path)" so you don’t have to worry about alerts not being heard. Both devices will be running on Windows 7 and feature 250GB HDDs with Atom N450 (1.66GHz) CPU, 1GB RAM , SD memory card slots, 15-inch displays and built-in web cameras.

The company promises approximately 3.3 hours of battery life which isn’t anything to write home about. The netbooks - C411A6 and C411A5 are due out sometime in mid April and are priced at approximately $597 and $543 respectively.
