Like age, even gossip grows and the latest one is about a redesigned, lighter and brighter Nintendo DS. Apparently GameSpot has got the whiff from Pacific Crest Securities analyst Evan Wilson that Nintendo is gearing up to release a redesigned DS. Allegedly the new DS will be slimmer than the current DS Lite, includes onboard memory, and features a larger screen. However the console will be sans the slot for Game Boy Advance games support.

Since all of this is still in the rumor stage, we needn't panic and chuck out our old GBA games.
