It's still unclear but if these images are genuine then it could mean we are looking at a next generation iPhone. The first big change we see is the return of the aluminum rear panel, instead of the plastic featured in the iPhone 3G model. The aluminum rear panel was notorious for interfering with cell and Wi-Fi reception for many users. Apple could be taking a gamble that could backfire later on. For now all on can assume is that these are just some Chinese clone iPhone device creating false hype to gain some online popularity.
