Straight from the Apple Special Event in San Francisco here is the all new iPod Shuffle. It is almost half the size of the original, weighs half an ounce and features a new aluminium design with a clip. It has 1GB of onboard memory and features 12 hours battery life. It comes with earbud headphones and iPod shuffle dock, however no integrated USB is a turn off. “It’s hard to believe the new iPod is a real music player when you first see it, But it is real, and holds up to 240 songs in an incredibly compact and wearable design that weighs just half an ounce.” said Steve Jobs.

The new iPod Shuffle is expected to hit stores in October for $ 79.
