Nautiz X5 is a rugged Windows Mobile handset
Nautiz X5 is the latest rugged PDA to come from Handheld Europe. The X5 runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 and it has more integrated features than any rugged products in the market. The new PDA can operate at extreme temperatures ranging from -20 degrees to +55 degrees, sand resistant and also supports multiple drops from heights up to 1.8 meters.
The Nautiz X5 comes with a powerful Marvell PXA320 Xscale 806MHz processor, plus an equally powerful 4400 mAh battery. The phone also has a 3.5 inch TFT touchscreen with a resolution of 480 x 640 pixels, Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR and a 3MP camera with autofocus and LED flash. The price and release date are still unknown but if anyone wants to catch a glimpse of this phone, it is showcased during CeBit 2009 in Hannover, Germany.
