MPIO a Korean firm has come out with it's FY700 MP3 player based on Disney Characters. The FY700 won the prestigious Best Innovation Award in the portable digital audio category at the CES 2006. It uses multi-level cell (MLC) flash technology which effectively doubles storage capacity of standard flash devices. It has a Organic LED display which is low on power consumption and looks good too. The FY700 can play MP3, WMA, Janus DRM and ASF formats. The FY700 has a detachable strap which can be worn on the wrist or as a belt. It comes in capacities ranging from 256MB to 1GB. It comes with a variety of disney characters like Mickey Mouse, Mickey Mouse and Winnie the Pooh. It is powered by a AAA battery which provides continuous playback for 10 hours.

Pricing and avalibility is not known yet but it will be released in Europe and USA too.
