Motorola’s “Celestial Edition” Aura pays homage to man’s first moments on the moon

motorola-moon-themed-aura-celestial-1.jpg Motorola’s Aura was already ranked among the most overpriced phones from the company, and now it’s got all the reasons in the world to pitch in for numero uno. It is now available with as a “Celestial Edition” which is themed on man’s first expedition to the moon. The first of its kind is bound for Neil Armstrong’s address as a token of appreciation for the man who made history. It will come packed with some historical quotes from the period and also original NASA content such as videos and stills. The package also includes nine postcards and "Motorola AURA Celestial Edition, Honoring the Apollo 11 mission, 20th July 1969" etched with laser on the phone itself.

The original Motorola Aura cost about £1,200 (~$1,973). The “Celestial Edition” is bound to be more expensive. It will be up for sale from July onwards to the end of this year.
