Finally GSM users can get to experience the Motorola Q which has been available for CDMA users for quite some time, the Motorola Q GSM retains all the features while adding a few enhancements. It is powered by Windows Mobile ver 6.0 and provides global Quad Band access. A 2.4 inch screen supporting 65k colors serves as the display, it has 128MB of flash memory and includes a Micro SD card slot (upto 1 GB) for memory expansion. Specs include 1.3 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth ver 1.1, USB, GPRS, EDGE and the most obvious of all QWERTY keyboard. The onboard media player can play all the popular media formats. The Q supports EDGE but lacks Wi-Fi.

The Motorola Q GSM will hit stores by Q2 of 2007, pricing is not known yet.
