Sprint has announced availability of the Motorola i580 a ruggedized, stylish and fully equipped handset, the i580 is the only iDEN rugged phone in the industry to feature a 1.3 Megapixel camera and the first with a clam form factor to include Bluetooth. The i580 is designed with military specification and thus can handle heavy rains, shock, vibrations and dust. Its camera includes 4X digital zoom, LED Flash and support for video recording. The i580 comes with a Micro SD card slot (64 MB card included) for storing MP3 and video files. With the inbuilt GPS you can get step-by-step driving directions, trip planning and more when you add GPS-based applications like TeleNav, MapQuest etc.
