Motorola has styled the iDEN on the lines of RAZR 2. It features 3-megapixel cam, external touchscreen, Bluetooth, support for up to a 6 GB SD card plus gorgeous looks. It will be out most probably in the fourth quarter of this year. The picture seen here may not be the real thing, so you may want to check on it after a while.
