Motofone another slimmie from Motorola

motorola-motofone.jpgAnother phone from Motorola after the KRZR, RIZR and the RAZR MAXX, its MOTOFONE. This time Motorola aims to capture the emerging markets with its slim and sleek design and a low price. At mere 9mm thickness, the handset comes loaded with a lot of features. It offers an intuitive, new interface built on icons and voice versus text. By using images, the device makes it simpler and friendlier for first-time users to navigate, place a call, and retrieve messages. Its large, high contrast screen, powered by our revolutionary ClearVision display, helps eliminate glare from direct sunlight -- making it easier to use the phone outdoors, on-the-go.

It is a concoction of unparallel style, high functionality and ultra slim outline. MOTOFONE includes the features every user wants such as polyphonic ringtones, speakerphone and long-lasting battery life. In addition, the device includes a very powerful loud volume to help ensure callers can hear phone conversations and will not miss calls even in a busy marketplace or crowded street.
The MOTOFONE is expected to be available in the second half of 2006 in both GSM and CDMA flavors.
