If this next story is to be believed, we all can for surely say that this state in India is indeed the descendants of monkeys if not apes. Why? You may ask. Well, in order to curb the antics of these beasts the head of state of Himachal Pradesh in North India has come to the decision to train unemployed to use laser guns and damage the vital reproductive organs of these monkeys. To me this sounds like the perfect strategy to come out of a monkey's brain, sort of stuff you may have seen in the planet of the apes.

In recent months, the deputy mayor of New Delhi was killed when he fell from his balcony during an outright attack by wild monkeys, while 25 others were wounded when a monkey went on a rampage in the city. The state's newly elected chief minister, Prem Kumar Dhumal, who took the office earlier this week, sought Thursday to tackle two of state's most pressing problems at the same time — marauding monkeys and unemployment. For a human being to deal with the wild isn't new, it's been happening since centuries of human existence. We have now come to a point in which we can no longer find any use of these beasts, even so this grants no human the right to destroy its race.
