First it was the Tablet PC then UMPC and finally the Samsung SPH-P9000 a convergence device and now at the Seoul International Invention Fair MIU a Korean company presented the M*free a wireless IP-based hybrid portable device. It is dubbed as HDPC (Hybrid Dual Portable Computer) and looks like a bigger brother of the Nokia Communicator it has Dual OS's and functions as a mobile phone, digital camera, MP3 player, PMP, Web camera, etc. Just like the Nintendo DS has game catridges the M-Free has modules which add different functions to the device. Along with the QWERTY keyboard it has dedicated controls for media playback too.
