Mitsubishi Japan has announced the Viseo MDT241WG a 24.1 inch LCD with WUXGA resolution (1920 x 1200). The LCD features a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 500cd/m2 brightness, 16ms response time and a viewing angle of 178 degrees. The onboard MV Engine reduces the blurring effect delivering a clear picture, the stereo speakers deliver an output of 2ch x 5 watts.

The measures 558.5×270×406.3mm and weighs 11.2 kgs, it will be avaialble in Japan from June 1st for 138,000 Yen ($ 1146)
