Mio A501: GPS Included

The Mio A501 comes with an in-built navigation system and works on Windows Mobile 5.0 and a T1 processor. The SiRF Star III GPS chip takes care of the navigation support capabilities of the phone. It comes with an impressive 2.0 megapixel shooter. It has a 240 x 320 resolution to offer on its awesome display screen. The A501 however reminds us of an earlier Mio rendition called the Mio A701. The phone is basically a quad0band GSM phone with Bluetooth and USB. It also has an SD/MMC expansion slot to increase your memory capacity. It works on a 1050mAh battery capacity. It looks drop dead gorgeous and has the features anyone would love in a phone. However, I’d like it even more had it been loaded with Windows Mobile 6.0 OS.
The Mio A501 will be out in stores by March. Till then we got to keep our fingers crossed.
