In a kind gesture Microsoft is coming out with an exclusive Halo Zune for military personnel. The only reason the men/women in fatigues are not jump'in with joy is because they will not get the players free-of-cost. They will have to shell out some dough for it. They are handed out 300 players to a group of soldiers who recently left for active duty, but the rest of them will be available for sale exclusively at "military retail stores." The new brown Zune will feature fancy Halo artwork and will come pre-loaded with artwork, trailers and music from all three Halo games.

Halo-Themed Zune will be sold to military personnel and their families for a "discounted rate," but the discount rate is unknown. Zune usually sells for $250.
