From the world renowed Japanese toy manufacturer Takara Tomy comes the Micromachine a 15cms tall robot weighing 300 grams which looks like a Mechwarrior. It has 17 axes and a gyro sensor which allows it do the walking. A Lithium Polymer battery in each leg supplies power to the robot. It can grip object using its index finger and thumb. The Micromachine is scheduled to go in production by March 2007 with a high end version with Camera and Bluetooth costing 40000 Yen ($ 350)and a low end version for 30,000 Yen ($ 260).
