Korea based Median corp has unveiled the MX-400M Media player which apart from entertaining with your favourite tunes also doubles as a VOIP phone so once connected to the PC you can make and receive phone calls. It is available in 1GB / 2GB varaints and also has a MMC / SD card slot for memory expansion. It has a 260,000 color display which is great for watching videos and images. Unlike other MP3 players where you need to connect cables for data transfer it the MX-400M has a USB slider. Other features include FM radio, text viewer, remote controller and SRS WOW effect. The VOIP feature is not that impressive without Wi-Fi or Bluetooth as you still need to connect it to your Laptop for making or receiving VO-IP calls.

The Median MX-400M will be available in Korea from first week of December with 1 GB for 129,000 KRW ($ 140) and 2GB for 149,000 KRW ($ 160).
