Mobile Broadcast Corporation Japan or MBCO in short has introduced the MBR0201 which records video and audio for later playback. Other than satellite radio Japan also has satellite video similar to korean DMB which can be viewed when on the move. The MBR0201 connects using the car's entertainment console and can be programmed to record TV shows or radio programs. However it uses some sort of copy protection and recorder content cannot be copied or viewed on any other device except from the one from which it was recorded. It does have onboard memory but a Mini SD card slot which limits the amount of recording you can do. The unit comes complete with a remote control, unlike other gadgets the MBR0201 can be used in any country and is compatible with any FM or Satellite Radio transmission.

Available with a chioce of two colors black or white the MBR0201 is available in Japan for 65,000 Yen ($ 550) complete with installation kit.
